Each autumn some 300 cancer patients and caregivers gather for a unique day-long dialogue with acclaimed oncologists and other cancer specialists -- sponsored by Fighting Chance, it is known as the Day of Hope.

As part of the event, participants fill out a form telling us in their own words, “What Hope Means To Me.” Those statements -- the voices of cancer patients and caregivers -- are collected each year in our Book Of Hope. It is distributed free of charge. If you would like your own free copy of the Book Of Hope, call the Fighting Chance office
at 631.725.4646.

If you would like to tell us what Hope means to You... click here to complete an “e-message” to send back to the offices of Fighting Chance.
