On a very special Saturday morning in the autumn, for each of the last two years, the 300-seat Bay St. Theatre in Sag Harbor has been almost full to capacity with cancer patients and their families attending the “Day of Hope.” It’s a unique forum organized by Fighting Chance and co-sponsored with our local hospital.

We want cancer patients on the East End to be among the first to learn – and not the last to know – about “cutting edge” treatments for cancer. So we feature nationally-acclaimed oncologists discussing results from advanced clinical trials and promising drugs “in the pipeline.”
