Sometimes the challenge of becoming more physically active seems like a daunting task when you are feeling fatigued or are in discomfort. The latest research, however, indicates the importance of keeping fit to feel better physically and emotionally. Join us for gentle exercises and strength & flexibility training you can easily do at home.
